Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Quality Engineer to join our Kimberley team in South Africa. The role focuses on upholding and enhancing quality standards across products and processes, developing and maintaining ISO 9001 compliant systems, and driving a culture of quality throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a track record of implementing effective quality improvements in collaboration with production and engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, tools, and techniques.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
