Electrical Site Manager Western Cape

Location: Projects located throughout the Western Cape

Position: Electrical Site Manager

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on large electrical installations
• Oversee teams of electricians and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and to specification
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical standards
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other contractors on-site
• Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to design and technical specifications
• Manage procurement and materials delivery for each site
• Track progress and report to senior management

Minimum Requirements

• Trade Test (Red Seal Electrician) – Essential
• 5+ years’ experience in managing electrical sites (preferably large commercial / industrial projects)
• Valid Driver’s License and own reliable transport
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of SANS 10142 and other applicable regulations
• Health & Safety knowledge and implementation experience
