Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in electrical project management.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and installation practices.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Asana.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical engineering projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with design teams, suppliers, and contractors for execution.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and client specs.
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings; prepare regular project reports.
