Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including motors, generators, switchgear, control panels, and VFDs.
• Proven experience with preventative maintenance techniques and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and safety standards (e.g., OHSA Act).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Certification as a Wireman's License holder is advantageous.
• Willingness to be on call and work flexible hours when required.
