Job summary

Sasol Secunda Operations is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead maintenance activities in the Power Station’s Electrical Distribution. You will drive a culture of high performance, manage teams and service providers, and ensure safe, efficient operation.

Responsibilities include maintenance planning, budget control, and adherence to SHERQ standards, while enabling career progression for artisans and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license required.
• Experience in maintenance planning and executing budgets.
• Knowledge of quality and safety processes.
• Experience in SAP and Microsoft systems.
• RFA Fitness pre-employment medical assessment required.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for own area of responsibility and delivery on targets.
• Plan, control and manage maintenance activities and shutdowns.
• Provide excellent customer service and drive SHE targets.
• Manage costs and asset life cycles; participate in renewal projects.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team; enable artisans for progression.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure procedures are followed.
