Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with a relevant trade certificate (NTC/Red Seal).
• Minimum 6 years in electrical installation and maintenance; at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics and building codes.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a technical team.
• Solid understanding of electrical safety procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the electrical installation and maintenance team.
• Plan, schedule and oversee all electrical installation projects within timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and rectify issues.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and codes.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment; maintain inventory.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex electrical problems.
• Train and mentor junior electricians; ensure adherence to standards.
• Maintain records of installations, maintenance and repairs.
