Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric.
• Minimum 5 years' sales experience, with at least 3 years in the electrical industry.
• Good product knowledge of switchgear, control gear, lighting and wiring accessories.
• A relevant Sales, Business or related qualification would be advantageous.
• Proven external sales experience and a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including occasional long-distance trips.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities will include building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, promoting and advising on product solutions, preparing quotations and sales proposals, negotiating with clients and consistently achieving sales targets.
• You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and efficient delivery.
• A willingness to travel extensively within the Durban region is essential.
