Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering with leadership experience.
• Proven track record managing large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in electrical design, power systems, control systems, and automation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electrical engineers.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of all electrical engineering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and implement strategic engineering plans aligned with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality procedures.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary technical contact for key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and technology adoption within the department.
