Job summary

Huddle Education is seeking an IT Administrator to manage day-to-day internal IT, contractor and vendor relationships, and deployment of classroom technology in the Western Cape. The role includes first-line support, policy implementation, and collaboration with the IT Strategist on DevSecOps direction.

Based in Pinelands, Cape Town, this full-time position requires travel to schools across the Western Cape and hands-on hardware installation experience to support a no-fee and low-fee public

Qualifications

• IT certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Hands-on experience with hardware or AV installation (cabling, mounting, device setup and configuration).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day internal IT administration and policy.
• Contractor and vendor management.
• School tech deployment and on-site troubleshooting.
• First-line technical support for internal issues and escalation as needed.
• R&D support and operational collaboration with IT Strategist.
