Job summary

Odin Education seeks a Project Manager for Omang Operations to own and drive key operational projects from concept to completion. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage budgets, and ensure on-time deliveries across schools and sites.

The role spans planning, logistics and deployment, requiring travel across South Africa. You will establish scalable processes and work closely with suppliers and internal teams to achieve measurable results.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in relevant fields (PM, ops, logistics, education, business).
• Experience in project management, operations, logistics, education, community development or customer success.
• Driver’s license required.
• English language skills; additional SA languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management: Own and drive operational projects from initial planning through to successful implementation and handover.
• Omang Rollouts & Deployments: Plan and execute large-scale Omang implementations at schools, including device prep, logistics and training.
• Operational Infrastructure Projects: Lead the design and setup of new production, stock management and operational facilities.
• New Initiative Implementation: Manage rollout of Launch PODs and other new operational projects from concept to operations.
• Planning, Logistics & Procurement: Coordinate suppliers, equipment, stock, transport and resources to ensure on-schedule execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Work with schools, customers, suppliers and internal teams to keep projects aligned.
• Risk, Budget & Timeline Management: Identify challenges, manage budgets and meet milestones and deadlines.
• Process Improvement: Develop scalable processes and SOPs to support growth.
• Travel & On-Site Execution: Travel regularly to sites across SA to ensure successful delivery.
