Job summary

Jendamark is seeking an Odin Education Project Manager (Operations) to lead end-to-end planning and execution of key operational projects across Omang in South Africa. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure deployments at schools are delivered on time and to quality standards.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and willingness to travel regularly to sites nationwide, including rural communities, to drive scalable

Qualifications

• Formal tertiary education in PM, business, education or operations.
• Experience in project management, operations, logistics, education, community development or customer success.
• Driver’s license is required.
• English language skills; additional SA languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ownership of assigned operational projects from planning to handover.
• Plan and execute large-scale Omang implementations at schools, including logistics and coordination.
• Lead design and setup of production, stock management and operational facilities.
• Manage rollout of new initiatives, ensuring full functionality of deployments.
• Coordinate suppliers, equipment, stock and resources to keep projects on schedule.
• Engage with schools, customers, suppliers and internal teams to align efforts.
• Identify risks and budgets, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Develop scalable processes and SOPs to support growth of Odin Education.
• Travel regularly to sites across South Africa to ensure successful delivery.
