Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in program management in education or social impact.
• Ability to design, implement, and evaluate social programs.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management with budgeting and timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, esp. with Port Elizabeth.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Public Admin or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new program initiatives focused on educational advancement in Port Elizabeth.
• Conduct research and needs assessments to identify key challenges and opportunities in the education sector.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with schools, educational institutions, and community partners.
• Manage program budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Monitor program progress, collect data, and evaluate outcomes against set objectives.
• Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, detailing program activities, achievements, and recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for program participants and partners.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for program expansion and sustainability.
• Stay abreast of best practices and innovations in the field of social impact and education.
