Anna-Mart le Roux's Somerset West-based manufacturing operation is seeking a Dispatch and Reception Coordinator to join a busy team. Dispatch is the primary responsibility, with reception and customer service as the balance of the role.

You will answer incoming calls in English; Afrikaans proficiency is essential to communicate confidently with customers and couriers. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple orders and deliveries efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, order fulfilment or logistics administration.
• Excellent spoken English and professional telephone manner.
• Conversational Afrikaans to assist customers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with multiple orders.
• Proficient with email, spreadsheets and order-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Pick, check and pack orders accurately, verify products and details.
• Book courier collections, prepare waybills and manage handovers.
• Track deliveries, resolve queries and communicate with customers.
• Maintain dispatch records and provide daily updates on orders shipped.
• Assist with stock counts and keep the dispatch area organised.
• Answer calls, take messages, handle reception and email enquiries.
