Job summary

Remote Choice, based in South Africa, is seeking an analytical Ecommerce CRO Manager to own end-to-end optimization across four websites. Your mandate is to increase conversion rates, reduce CAC, and maximize ROI by bridging data analytics, UX design, and development through a relentless testing culture.

You will run quantitative and qualitative analyses, maintain a monthly CRO dashboard per site, and collaborate with UI/UX and developers to implement improvements across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading CRO programs for high-growth ecommerce.
• Proficient in GA4 and checkout funnels.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Audit and analyze user behavior to identify friction.
