Placements24 in Centurion, Gauteng is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Development (ECD) Coordinator to lead our centre’s 0–6 years program. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive curriculum development with a focus on regulatory compliance and staff development.

The ideal candidate holds an ECD qualification (Diploma or BEd), at least 4 years in early childhood education with supervisory experience, and a passion for nurturing young minds.

Qualifications

• Relevant ECD qualification (Diploma in ECD or BEd).
• Minimum 4 years in ECD with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of child development for ages 0-6.
• Familiarity with SA National Curriculum Framework for ECD.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff and engage with parents.

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the ECD program.
