About the Role

Our client, a renowned early learning centre in Centurion, Gauteng , is seeking a dynamic and experienced Early Childhood Development (ECD) Coordinator. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Early Childhood Development program, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.

Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development, Education, or a related field (e.g., Diploma in ECD, Bachelor of Education).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of child development theories and practices for ages 0-6 years.
• Familiarity with the South African National Curriculum Framework (NQF) for ECD.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage staff, develop programs, and engage with parents effectively.
• Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
• Proficiency in using relevant software for record-keeping and communication.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a nurturing disposition.
• Must provide a clear police clearance certificate.
