Private Property South Africa is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) and surrounding areas. You will drive new business, manage a regional portfolio and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and growth.

You will travel within the region, build lasting client relationships, deliver product demonstrations and use CRM systems to track pipeline and performance against targets. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of external sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build lasting business relationships and work independently.
• Experience using data and CRM for performance tracking.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Identify and convert new business opportunities through prospecting and client visits.
• Grow and manage a regional client portfolio and upsell opportunities.
• Deliver product demonstrations and train clients on Private Property solutions.
• Maintain an active pipeline and report progress to targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard clients and support retention.
