Job summary

Soudal Group in South Africa seeks a Sales Representative to drive sales growth in the Eastern Cape region by maintaining existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and promoting our range of mastics, adhesives and PU foams. You will visit retail and end-user markets, conduct product demonstrations, and provide training while tracking sales with CRM and preparing forecasts.

Fluency in English and Afrikaans is preferred; willingness to travel extensively and possess a valid driver's

Qualifications

Matric certificate or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
Experience in hardware, retail or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Increase sales, market share, and product visibility within the region.
Conduct customer and store visits to promote and sell products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and market analysis.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Maintain accurate sales records, utilise the CRM system effectively, and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
Drive product demonstrations and customer training sessions.
Perform in-store merchandising activities to enhance product visibility and brand presence.
Resolve customer enquiries and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
