Job summary

Absa Ins & Fin Advice (Pty) Ltd in South Africa seeks an experienced Financial Adviser. This role offers a fully commission-driven earning model, with a focus on expert financial planning and servicing a growing client base.

You will proactively source clients, provide holistic investment and risk solutions, and ensure compliance with FAIS in a dynamic, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate holds FAIS Fit & Proper, RE5 certification, 3–5+ years’ advisory experience, and a proven sales

Qualifications

• Fully FAIS Fit & Proper compliant (non-negotiable)
• RE5 certification required
• Minimum 3–5+ years’ experience as a Financial Adviser or similar
• Proven sales performance and revenue generation
• Established client base is advantageous
• Strong business development and networking ability
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Own reliable transport
