• Qualification in Property Development, Construction Management, PM, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years admin or coordination experience in property development or construction.
• Familiarity with property development lifecycle and construction processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinating meetings with stakeholders and documenting minutes.
• Managing project documentation including contracts, permits, plans, and correspondence.
• Tracking project progress against timelines and identifying delays or issues.
• Liaising with suppliers/contractors to obtain quotes and manage procurement.
• Assisting with site inspections and coordinating contractor activities.
• Maintaining communication between development, sales, and marketing teams.
• Supporting the Development Manager with admin tasks and ad-hoc requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements in Eastern Cape.
