Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Construction Project Coordinator in East London to support the project management team on commercial and industrial sites. You will help with planning, scheduling, documentation, and communication, working closely with Site Managers and Project Managers to keep projects running smoothly.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering, has strong organizational and communication skills, and is proficient in MS Office

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in project coordination or administrative roles in construction is desirable.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs and Site Managers with planning and execution of construction projects.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Maintain project documentation including contracts, drawings, permits, and reports.
• Prepare schedules and track milestones.
• Support procurement and vendor management.
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure collaboration.
