Job summary

Barloworld Equipment in Bloemfontein is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive new, used and rental sales of earthmoving equipment. You will manage the sales funnel, deliver total solutions, and own the end-to-end sales process within allocated territories.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, CRM and MS Office skills, and a disciplined, results-driven approach with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Qualifications

• Territory planning, business planning and development skills.
• Sound technical knowledge of earthmoving equipment and accessories. CAT knowledge advantageous.
• Knowledge of CRM tools will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• B. Tech sales / marketing diploma or equivalent.
• Communication and facilitation skills.
• Basic financial acumen.
• Experience in technical sales role.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets in New, Used, Rental and SEM.
• Grow machine sales and rental hours within allocated territories/ customer base.
• Provide total solutions offering to customers.
• Proper and effective sales funnel management.
• Accurately and efficiently, deal with sales administrative tasks.
