Placements24 is seeking an experienced Early Learning Center Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Kimberley facility. You will lead a team of educators, drive curriculum implementation, and uphold the highest standards of care and education.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or Management.
• Significant supervisory/management experience in an early learning center.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development, pedagogy and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and staff effectively.
