e-Rele is a South African on-demand service marketplace connecting customers with vetted, local service providers across 18+ categories, including plumbing, electrical, cleaning, beauty, personal care, and Venthub (anonymous listening services).

About the Learnership

We are offering an exciting 12-month Learnership Programme for 50 unemployed youth. This programme combines theoretical learning with practical workplace experience, giving you the skills and qualifications needed to build a career in the service industry.

This is an "earn-while-you-learn" opportunity. You will gain a nationally recognised qualification while gaining real-world experience.

Platform Training: using the e-Rele app, booking systems, payment handling
Service Delivery: understanding service categories (plumbing, electrical, cleaning, beauty, Venthub)
Digital Literacy: CRM systems, communication tools
