Job summary

Sentinel Staffing Services in Gauteng seeks an E-Commerce Sales Administrator with bookkeeping knowledge to support online sales, customer service, and financial records in a fast-paced environment.

You will process orders across Makro and Amazon, coordinate shipments, assist with invoicing and reconciliations, and liaise with warehouse and finance to ensure accurate, timely administration. Experience with ERP systems and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative, e-commerce, sales support, or bookkeeping role.
• Working knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial administration.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage online orders across e-commerce platforms (Makro, Amazon).
• Monitor channels, ensure orders are processed accurately and timely.
• Assist customers with order enquiries, invoices, delivery updates, and product queries.
• Coordinate drop shipments, lead-time orders, and deliveries.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Facilitate courier bookings and online collections/deliveries.
• Maintain online sales records and documentation.
