Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an data-driven E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Stellenbosch team. You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, social platforms, and affiliate programs to maximize ROAS and online sales.

You will conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid management, monitor performance daily, and report insights to management. A hybrid work model and growth certifications are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing for e-commerce.
• Experience managing large budgets with strong ROAS across channels.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, & analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Google, social platforms and affiliates.
• Develop strategies for affiliate partnerships and program growth.
• Research keywords, segment audiences, manage bids, and monitor ROI.
