Job summary

Network International is seeking a customer service professional in Johannesburg to deliver exceptional support for e-commerce and POS queries. The role emphasizes courteous, policy-aligned service and proactive issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, with ecommerce and POS exposure, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-driven mindset. Shifts include 8am–6pm, Mon–Sat when required.

Qualifications

• Matric/equivalent; tertiary qualification advantageous.
• 2+ years in a customer service environment handling e-commerce and POS queries.
• Ecommerce, Online Payments Process, POS and Technical experience required.
• Detail-oriented and high value on accuracy.
• Proficiency with support tickets and CRM software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Resolve all queries logged via supported platforms promptly for e-commerce and Level 1 POS.
• Provide courteous service aligned with company policies and procedures.
• Offer out-of-the-box solutions to queries raised.
• Follow and execute support protocols to the highest calibre.
• Proactively manage workload via company platforms.
• Retain merchants through service excellence and authentic customer service.
• Provide technical support where required (fintech knowledge is beneficial).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve queries and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on product features and industry trends to provide informed support.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
