Job summary

LexisNexis is seeking an E-Commerce Planner to shape online sales strategy by aligning business goals with marketing activity. You will use data and creative execution to manage campaigns across digital channels, improve inventory availability, and deliver a consistent customer experience from advertisement through checkout.

The role requires experience in demand planning, inventory management, and familiarity with ERP systems and Magento.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning, inventory or supply chain within ecommerce/retail.
• Knowledge of business, marketing, and supply chain concepts.
• Proficient with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP IBP, Anaplan).
• Experience using ecommerce platforms, specifically Magento.
• Familiar with retail metrics such as Open-to-Buy, turnover and sales per sq ft.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts from historical data, trends and lifecycle analysis.
• Manage inventory flow, reduce stock-outs and excess stock.
• Use ecommerce tools (Shopify, Magento) to manage listings and inventory.
• Leverage Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP) and BI tools (Power BI) for variances and trends.
• Coordinate demand plans with purchasing, marketing, logistics and other teams.
