Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX, is seeking an E-Commerce Planner to shape online sales strategy by aligning business goals with marketing activity. You will manage campaigns across digital channels, improve inventory availability, and ensure a consistent customer experience from ad to checkout.

Responsibilities include forecasting demand, optimizing stock, using Shopify and BI tools, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning and inventory management within retail/e-commerce.
• ERP experience and familiarity with cross-functional planning processes.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and inventories across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts from historical sales, trends and lifecycle analysis.
• Manage inventory flow, reduce stock-outs and minimize excess stock.
• Use Shopify/x e-commerce tools to manage listings and inventory levels.
• Leverage Excel (pivot/VLOOKUP) and Power BI to analyze variances and trends.
• Align demand plans with purchasing, marketing, logistics and other teams.
