VW Kempton Park is seeking a Sales Representative for our used vehicles department. In this customer-facing role, you will promote and sell a diverse range of pre-owned vehicles while delivering exceptional service to buyers and building long-lasting relationships.

You will engage customers to understand their needs, present vehicles, conduct test drives, and guide them through financing options and warranties. Collaborate with the team to hit sales targets and stay ahead of market trends.

• Proven track record in sales, preferably automotive or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach to sales.
• Experience in managing customer relationships and handling objections effectively.
