Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably within sports or entertainment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
• Develop event plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and deadlines.
• Liaise with stakeholders, sponsors, and clients to understand their needs and ensure event objectives are met.
• Manage on-site event execution, overseeing setup, guest experience, and troubleshooting issues.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive ticket sales and attendance.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback and reporting on success metrics.
