Competenze

• Minimum Grade 10 or equivalent educational qualification.
• Food safety, hygiene and sanitation knowledge required.
• 2–5 years' experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
