Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning/scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning software.
• Lean manufacturing familiarity is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for all manufacturing lines.
• Forecast production requirements based on sales orders, inventory levels, and market demand.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or issues.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and line leaders to ensure adherence to schedules.
• Identify opportunities for production process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Manage work-in-progress (WIP) inventory and ensure accurate tracking.
• Prepare regular reports on production schedules, output, and deviations.
• Work closely with sales and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.
• Maintain data integrity in the production planning system.
