Job summary

Huntswood is seeking a passionate Learning & Development Facilitator to deliver transformative training that inspires growth, builds capability, and drives performance across the organisation.

You will energise sessions, tailor content to diverse learners, and help our people unlock their potential in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. Some sessions may be in person or virtual, leveraging MS Teams and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a facilitator/trainer/SME in UK Insurance space.
• Experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Ability to deliver high-quality training in person and virtually.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and diverse training methodologies.
• Well-organized with ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office including Teams for virtual training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training programs (onboarding, systems, soft skills, compliance) aligned with business values.
• Assess training needs, evaluate effectiveness, and provide post-training support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to customize content and stay current with product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and real-time support to address knowledge gaps and employee development.
