Job summary

Our client in Pinetown is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Internal Sales / Yard Operator. You will handle calls, record customer queries, and relay information to technical staff for assistance.

You will prepare quotations in Excel and process invoices, assisting with cash-up reconciliations and liaising on discrepancies. Ideal candidates have matric, prior sales experience, and are computer literate with proficient written English.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Previous experience in sales is preferred.
• Must be computer literate, with ability to use Excel for quotations and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and understand customer queries and requirements.
• Accurately record customer queries and communicate them to the relevant technical staff for assistance.
• Respond to customer emails in clear written English and prepare customer quotations using Microsoft Excel.
• Capture and process invoices using the company’s invoicing system and assist with cash-up reconciliations.
