Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12 is essential.
English and Afrikaans fluency required.
Sales, customer service or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospective clients.
Assist with sales enquiries and provide product information and support.
Identify opportunities to generate additional sales and business growth.
Follow up on quotations, enquiries and customer requests.
Support the sales team in achieving departmental targets and objectives.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales information.
