Job summary

Cape Town International Convention Centre is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the National Sales team with administrative duties, respond to market enquiries, and coordinate exhibitions to maximise bookings and revenue. You will manage quotes, site inspections and CRM data, while collaborating with departments to meet sales targets.

The role requires a certificate in Event Management or related field and at least three years’ experience in a similar position, with strong Excel/Word skills

Qualifications

• Certificate in Event Management, Tourism or Hospitality (NQF 5).
• Minimum three years’ experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate exhibitions and provide admin support to Sales Executives.
• Manage the sales inbox and respond to enquiries within 24 hours.
• Research and lead generation for sales activities and quotations.
• Coordinate site inspections and maintain CRM/EBMS databases.
• Prepare and present timely sales reports and forecasts.
• Upsell CTICC services to maximise revenue opportunities.
