• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Membership in good standing with the relevant legal professional body.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of commercial disputes, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare persuasive legal arguments.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Assist in preparing for and conducting depositions and witness examinations.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client management.
