Placements24 is seeking a Commercial Cleaning Operations Coordinator in Mahikeng to oversee day-to-day cleaning services across multiple client sites. You will coordinate cleaning teams, manage schedules, liaise with clients, and report on operational performance.

The ideal candidate has experience in operations coordination within facilities management, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations coordination, scheduling, or logistics.
• Background in cleaning, janitorial, or facilities management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily cleaning schedules for teams across client locations.
• Manage and deploy cleaning staff to ensure adequate coverage.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and resolve inquiries.
• Monitor progress of cleaning jobs and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain records of staff attendance, assignments, and feedback.
• Ensure teams have necessary supplies and equipment.
• Assist in training and onboarding new cleaning staff.
• Conduct site visits to assess cleaning quality and satisfaction.
• Support the operations manager with daily tasks and reporting.
