You will maintain records, oversee inventory of supplies, liaise with clients and staff, and help implement service plans while upholding health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in operations coordination, scheduling or administrative role.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule cleaning staff assignments across multiple client sites, ensuring adequate coverage.
• Manage the logistics of cleaning operations, including transport, equipment deployment, and material delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, work completion, and performance metrics.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment, processing purchase orders and ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Assist in the development and implementation of cleaning schedules and service plans.
• Act as a liaison between operational staff, management, and clients, relaying information and addressing queries.
• Prepare reports on operational performance, including staff productivity, supply usage, and client feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all operational activities.
• Provide administrative support to the operations management team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Troubleshoot operational issues as they arise and implement effective solutions.
