Job summary

FNB is seeking a Branch External Sales and Service Advisor in Amanzimtoti to deliver compliant financial advice and build lasting client relationships in a high-volume branch. You will educate customers on banking solutions and manage client records while meeting sales and service targets.

Ideal candidates have Grade 12 (NQF 4) with FAIS/TCF knowledge, 1–3 years in financial services, and an ethical, client-centric approach to advice and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum grade 12 or NQF 4; preferred NQF 5 certificate.
• 1–3 years' customer-facing experience in financial services.
• Strong FAIS, TCF knowledge and client-centric advice.
• Proven ability to meet sales and service targets.
• Ethical approach to advice and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities
