Job summary

FNB POP is seeking a Branch External Sales and Service Advisor to deliver compliant financial advice and build lasting client relationships in a high-volume branch environment. You will understand client needs, provide tailored banking solutions, and manage ongoing relationships in line with FAIS and TCF.

The role requires Grade 12 and 1–3 years in financial services, with strong communication and sales focus. This position is based at a POP in South Africa and supports local market growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 / NQF 4.
• NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or related fields FAIS.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide compliant, professional financial advice to walk-in and existing clients in a high-volume branch.
• Achieve individual and branch sales, service and compliance targets.
• Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation.
• Educate customers on the correct Banking platform aligned with their needs.
