• Sourcing candidates for Banking / Finance / Insurance and Consulting sectors.
• Advertising Jobs with a practical marketing introduction.
• Screening candidates and shortlisting suitable profiles.
• Candidate assessment and testing.
• Interviewing candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Reporting on KPIs and SLAs.
• Offer management and salary negotiations.
• Employer branding and mapping, creating talent pools.
