Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Banking and Insurance Recruiter to source, attract, and place top finance talent in East Rand and surrounding areas. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the end-to-end process with a strong emphasis on compliance and candidate experience. A background in finance recruitment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience with a focus on finance, insurance and banking roles.
• Deep understanding of the finance industry, including knowledge of insurance and banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent for finance, insurance and banking positions.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Use various methods to attract candidates for finance, insurance and banking roles and build a pipeline for current and future openings.
• Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough screenings and coordinate interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaboration and Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
• Process Management and Compliance: Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensure compliance with employment laws, and maintain accurate records.
• Market Research and Industry Insights: Stay informed about market trends to inform recruitment strategies.
