Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with water/environment specialization.
• Pr Eng registration with ECSA or eligible.
• Minimum 6 years in design/management of water and sanitation projects.
• Experience with municipal clients and public procurement processes.
• Ability to lead a project team and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, conceptual designs, and detailed engineering.
• Prepare proposals, specifications, cost estimates, and tender docs.
• Oversee construction, ensuring on-time delivery, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Perform site visits and monitor progress; resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and building codes.
• Analyze system performance and propose improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Contribute to sustainable and resilient water management strategies.
