Job summary

Sure MirageTravel in Durban is seeking a Travel Consultant for a full-time, on-site role. You will advise clients on travel options, craft customized itineraries, and manage end-to-end travel arrangements from inquiry to booking.

Daily tasks include reservations for flights, accommodation, and tours; provide visa guidance and destination insights; resolve issues and coordinate changes while building strong relationships with clients and travel partners through in-person service at the Durban

Qualifications

Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, able to plan and coordinate itineraries.
Experience with travel arrangements and reservations (flights, accommodation, transport, tours).
Excellent customer service with clear communication, empathy and problem-solving.
Attention to detail in travel documents, schedules and payments.
On-site in Durban, able to collaborate with a team and manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on travel options and create customized itineraries.
Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, accommodations and tours.
Handle inquiries and reservations, providing visa info and destination insights.
