Job summary

Craft of Architecture is seeking two senior Architects for our Durban studio in Umdloti. Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years’ experience and a track record in delivering projects from concept to completion, with strong team leadership and client coordination.

Experience with BIM processes and ArchiCAD is valued, along with ability to mentor staff and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in architectural practice.
• SACAP registration desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong design, technical, and project management skills.
• Experience in commercial, retail, residential, and hospitality projects advantageous.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through to completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Manage client relationships and project deliverables.
• Oversee design development, documentation, and construction administration.
• Mentor and support junior staff members.
