Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a creative Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns for properties in Durban. You will translate property features into customer benefits and drive brand visibility across digital and traditional media.

You will manage content creation, oversee SEO/SEM, social media, events, and reports on ROI, collaborating with sales teams and developers to ensure consistent messaging in KwaZulu-Natal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 in real estate.
• Proven success in designing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent project management, communication, and creative skills.
• Experience with graphic design software and video production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for real estate developments and properties.
• Create and manage all marketing collateral: brochures, website content, social media, ads.
• Oversee digital marketing: SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns to generate leads.
• Organize property launch events, open houses, and promotional activities in Durban.
• Analyze campaign performance and report ROI, lead quality, and brand engagement.
• Collaborate with sales teams, developers, and external agencies for consistent branding.
