Qualifications

• Experience in sales is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Presentable, professional and honest.
• Positive and hardworking attitude.
• Fluency in a second language can be advantageous.
• Smart business dress is required at all times.
• Team player who adheres to high company standards and contributes to development.
• Driving license and own vehicle may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collect information about properties and coordinate marketing materials.
• Keep up to date with residential property rules and regulations in Dubai.
• Create and attend property valuations and viewings.
• Negotiate with buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offers.
• Monitor sales and lets with Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.
• Regularly contact clients after viewings to maintain relationships.
• Stay informed about local market trends and generate new business through networks.
