Job summary

Farm Manager SA is searching for an experienced professional to head the drone branch in Mkushi, South Africa. You will manage daily operations, oversee stock and parts, and engage with farmers to market drone services.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma in Aviation or related fields and has 2-5 years in drone operations. Responsibilities further include developing a drone spraying team and managing operations across Zambia.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in drone/UAS operations.
• Valid Remote Pilot licence.
• Demonstrate leadership or drone team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Head the company's drone branch in Mkushi.
• Deal with farmers and oversee daily branch operations.
• Manage stock and spare parts for the Mkushi branch.
• Visit farmers, mines, and lodges across Zambia to market and sell drone services.
• Build and lead the Mkushi drone spraying team in the future.

• During off-season, visit farmers, mines, and lodges across Zambia to market and sell drone services.
• In the near future, build and lead the Mkushi drone spraying team.
